Iedereen Wetenschapper ("Everyone Scientist") is the platform on citizen science of Eos Wetenschap vzw. It publishes calls to participate in projects and background articles on citizen science. Next to the website (www.iedereenwetenschapper.be), they also have social media channels and a newsletter. There is a close collaboration with Eos Magazine and the website of Eos Wetenschap.
Through Iedereen Wetenschapper, Eos Wetenschap vzw wants to stimulate citizens to participate in citizen science projects and inspire them to set up their own.
Their expertise is in communication: to recruit participants, keep them motivated, inform the general public, and report the results of the study. They do this by writing and publishing of calls, and also help with blogs, videos and podcasts.
Iedereen Wetenschapper is a partner of Scivil and member of the European Citizen Science Association (ECSA).
